Trent Hypermarket Private Limited (THPL) is a multi-brand retail chain. It is a joint venture between Tesco and Tata. THPL has been in business for 15 years and has more than 2500 employees.
Challenges at THPL meetings
Meetings at THPL were driven on MS Office products. This resulted in following issues:
- Different structures in different meetings
- Action Items in meetings not captured
- would be missed, and
- users not attending a meeting would not be aware of any Action Item they were responsible for.
Goals of a meeting solution
The THPL team started looking out for some solution, but could not find a holistic solution. The key goal was:
- to reduce duplication of effort, and
- better control and follow up on Action Items.
THPL and Wizergos

After the initial conversations about the fitment of the product, it took about 10 days to get the THPL team up and running their meetings on the Wizergos platform. Currently, all managers and upwards are running their meetings using the Wizergos platform.
